Private Paranormal Investigations at Brownella Cottage

Investigate one of Ohio’s most haunted hidden gems, Brownella Cottage! Built in 1887, Brownella Cottage (132 S. Union St. Galion, OH) was the former home of heretical Bishop William Montgomery Brown and his wife Ella. The Browns are the only two people to ever live in the home and the house contains all of Brown’s original furniture!

Now operated as a house museum, Brownella Cottage is a paranormally active home. Staff, volunteers, and guests often experience hearing walking, doors opening and closing, door latches jiggling, shadow figures, apparitions, and more! Check out a gallery of photographic evidence and videos of past investigations on our paranormal page under the “Visit” tab!
